XG 115 not handing out addresses

I can't seem to get the XG115 to hand out addresses.  I hope someone can help.  Here are the steps I've already taken:

1. Reset the unit

2. Updated firmware

3. Confirmed DHCP server is running.  Stopped and restarted it

4. Used the default DHCP entry, then edited it to start addresses at .100

Still nothing.  I'm coming out of the LAN 1 port to a laptop, which is set to DHCP.  Any ideas would be appreciated.  There is nothing plugged into the WAN port, but even when there was, it didn't work.

    Ok, well I feel like an idiot.  I thought it would default to BR0, which has ports 1, 3, and 4.  I can't FIND where it specifies the port for DHCP.  I looked under system services - services (which only lets you turn it on or off) and Network Interfaces, as well as Network - DHCP.  

    If you could enlighten me, I'd really appreciate it!
