Unable to Download IOS Config from user portal

We are battling to download the client connect client iOS config from the user portal

When we click download apple iOS config it takes us back to the login screen

SFOS 18.5.1 MR1

Hi Michael Southgate: Thank you for contacting Sophos community team. Previously such instances were observed which have been already fixed in V18.0 5 MR-5 and V18.5 GA release. As per your update, your current version is V18.5.1 MR-1. I would suggest opening a support investigation if the issue appearing with the different iOS devices and if it is reproducible all the time.

hi Vishal, the problem is I can't download any iOS as the user portal kicks us out before we can download it

Checked this with MR1, i can download this. That was a old issue, already fixed. Please check, if you setup IPsec correctly before attempting the download.

I have used the config on a Mac and a windows machine and it works

So I think its correct

You tried IPsec or SSLVPN on MacOS and windows? Because iOS uses IPsec.
