Hello everyone.
We've been having some issues regarding Captive Portal authentication on Apple devices, mainly iPhones.
If the user logs into our Wi-Fi with mobile data enabled, the Captive Portal login screen doesn't show up, if mobile data is disabled, the login screen pops up normally.
For some iPhones, it seems to work fine at some moments even with mobile data on, but then it stops working eventually.
In the log viewer, we can see that in some login attempts the access to the website http://captive.apple.com/hotspot is denied, even if its allowed by the web filter.
We even made a global exception for the apple domain, and it still denies sometimes.
I've opened a ticket with Sophos Support, but it hasn't been helpful so far.
Has anyone been through something similar?
