Dear Colleagues,
I have a Sophos XG firewall.
also, we have a cloud system Oddo and we want to connect the fingerprint device to the system.
our network: 2 ADSL routers connected to the firewall and the local network connected to another port.
I did as below:
1- created DDNS on no-IP and another DDNS on Sophos (both works fine).
2- added device port on services.
3- add device local IP on IP host.
4- added Dnate rule to firewall rules from WAN to the LAN interface.
when I ping the DDNS links it fails.
are there any other steps I missed?
