VOIP Phones Issues over Backup Internet Circuit

Hi All,

I hope this community can help me narrow this problem down. We are implementing Cloud VOIP solution for a client and having connectivity issues when testing over backup internet circuit. The phones register fine but we are having one-way audio issues during the call. The phones work fine over primary internet circuit which is leading me to believe its issues with firewall.

We are currently testing phones over backup internet circuit by using a SD-WAN rule so as to keep everything else moving over the primary line. My theory is something is wrong with SD-WAN setup as that's something new to me. I'm thinking something having to do with MASQ or some other layer 3 issue. I'm at a loss of what to do this as phones work fine over primary.

Things we have done/confirmed:

1. UTM turned off for phone traffic
2. SIP ALG turned off
3. Backup Internet line is healthy with no latency or BW issues
4. XG Firewall is up to date

HELP!!! :)
