We have a Sophos XG230 with the firmware SFOS 18.0.5 MR-5-Build586.
Users are imported from Active Directory and have different policies assigned, depending on their group membership.
However, for some users everything is working nomally, as it should and for other users (having the exact same group memberships) routes dont get set in the SSL VPN Client.
The policies themselves are working as expected. When I set the routes manually on the PC everything is fine, they just don't get rolled out automatically.
Also there is no error displayed in the SSL VPN Client logfiles.
It doens't seem to be a problem with the PC or VPN client version, because everything works fine with the config of user A and with config of user B it doensn't work, even if they have the same group memberships. I already tried rebooting and reinstalling the client. The Sophos XG230 also got rebooted.
Any suggestions would be helpful!
