I have found that OTP codes generated on the XG and scanned by Microsoft Authenticator do not work and produce difference codes than the same OTP scanned by Sophos authenticator. I have also tried manually typing the code in and it still produces the same wrong codes. My only thought here is we use a 60s timestep for our codes and Microsoft authenticator doesn't allow you to edit any settings on the code and defaults to 30s. The android Sophos app also defaults to 30s timesteps but it will show the same code twice in a row, basically mimicking a 60s timestep. The Microsoft app shows a new code every 30s.
Has anyone else had any issues with this and were you able to find any work arounds?
