Traffic blocked despite all rules off

I feel like this is probably a really easy fix and I am just missing it, but I cannot seem to figure it out.

I have a Nintendo Switch that cannot access the eShop or download any games.  All internet is passing through Sophos XG.  All firewall rules are set to Allow All policy.  All Web Policies are set to off.  I am not even sure what is being blocked or how.  Any help would be appreciated.

    Hello Ryan,

    Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community.

    Are you using the Web Proxy or the SSL/TLS (DPI engine)?

    If in the Firewall Rule nothing is selected for Web Filter, you might be using SSL/TLS, so you will need to create an exception for the IP of the Switch.

    Go to Rules and Policies >> SSL/TLS Inspection Rules >> ADD
