UNABLE TO GENERATE OTT DATA REPORT ON XG330

Hello Support,

I am unable to generate OTT Application and Website report from sophos xg 330.

Kindly assist.

    Hi ,

    Thank you for reaching out to Sophos Community.

    OTT applications are categoried under 'Streaming media' category for application filter.

    You can filter out application categories under Reports > Application & web.

    OTT websites are categoried under 'Video hosting' category for web filter.

    To find this report, go to Reports > Dashboards, filter it wih Web categories.
