Help me help a client with an email setting on Sophos XG

Hi Sophos people, it has been a while since I have worked with Sophos. I am trying to research a problem a client has, that I understand and know how to fix, but I cannot think of the setting name that is specific to Sophos. If I can get that, I can research my problem quicker and tell the client what setting to change.

Basically the client has on premise email behind a Sophos XG, but an external party is allowed to send emails on their behalf, using their domain name. Some of those emails are allowed to be sent to the client, for example, imagine a booking service that sends email invites to customers in the clients domain name and CCs the client. The Sophos XG thinks this is a spoof, so the email is deleted.

We have already fixed the SPF part of the problem, I just need to point the client to the setting on his equipment as his security protocol forbids me from accessing his services myself and I am in remote support mode today.

I recall there was a setting in Sophos where you could say that email from a particular IP is allowed, even if it is an internal domain.
