Connect Client VPN users do not have access to SQL database

I got an user using a computer not joined to the domain.

She connects to our LAN through the Connect Client VPN. She can access to all the resources in our servers except for a software that connect to a SQL database.

She can ping the server where the SQL database is hosted, as well as the server where the software runs.

This is my firewall rule:

Hi Johana, Thanks for reaching out to Sophos Community.

Rules seem proper. As Nafets mentioned, Check once with the Firewall on server as well.

If everything seems proper, Then try by taking a tcpdump

    • Take SSH access, go to option 5 > option 3  Advanced shell.
    • Run the command --> tcpdump host x.x.x.x  (x.x.x.x is IP that is leased by the Firewall to VPN connected machine)

Run the command and then try to access the SQL server/application and share the results.
