Thank you for the update. What is the current firmware version on your firewall? Would it be possible for you to share the support access id from your firewall with me via personal message? I'll double-check the current configuration and update you with the next step. 

Based on the current firmware version, you could configure the policy route for SMTP services to use specific outbound gateway.
