Hi folks,
I'm trying to register a XG firewall (v18.0.5) to the Sophos Central but it doesn't work and no errors appear on the webadmin Central Synchronization page...
Looking at sophos-central.log I found three failed attempts to connect to the Sophos Central HUB [https://utm.cloud.sophos.com/api/utm] and the error message:
2021-08-09 12:04:08 ERROR Tools.pm[19428]:97 SFOS::Common::Central::Tools::report_status - EAGAIN: Temporary error while accessing Sophos Central or Sophos Central indentity could not be verified.
It can't be a network problem but I guess it can be related to the account used to register the firewall because it has MFA activated.
Could it be?
If so, is there another way to register the firewall?
