Different web filter profiles by source network

Question

Is it possible to set up different web filter profiles by source network? I have a guest network and an internal network, internal should be allowed to browse badsite.com, guest network should not. 
 It seems the XG can only do this via user definitions, not network-wide filtering.... please tell me I'm missing something here.

 You can create a new web-filtering policy with the required settings and apply it to the firewall rule with the guest network in the source.
