email in qurantine due to outbound spam

hi,
i have sophos XG v17.5 in MTA mode. one of user is sending email to outside but emails is qurantined and reason shows outbound spam.
how can i get the reason that why it is qurantined? and if needed how can i whitelist that user from that outbound spam, so that
whenever this user send email it should not be quratnined due to outbound spam. it is showing ip address of email server.

    Hey Malik,

Are these emails from a specific user only that are getting quarantined? If so, then it's kind of unusual, and checking /log/smtpd_main.log can shed more light on this.

To bypass this user, You can add an exception (Email > Policies & Exception > Add Exception) with the username as sender address and bypass it from the Anti-spam check.
