We are using the sophos heartbeat to authenticate users, but they are only becoming live users on their IPv4 adres , since we are running ipv6 also this is an issue becuase if we want to enforce authentication people who visit an ipv6 website wont be able to or will get an authentication popup.
Is there any way to get this to work ?
