How use SNAT for internal services

maybe I missed something, but how is it possible to make SNAT for local services.

At the moment I migrate from a UTM SG310 to a XGS2200/XGS3100. We have the special case, that the WAN Interface has to IP addresses. One Private (172.x.x.x) and one Public (82.x.x.x). The Gateway to the Internet has Only a Private address.
I have no test many Rules/NAT-Rules but no one has work for the internal services.
Routing will work but If the SOPHOS XG has to go to the Internet (for Example for Pattern Updates ot for SMTP), the IP-Packages has always the Private IP and no SNAT Rule has changed it.
With the UTM I was able to add the Network Interface IP as Source for an SNAT Rule and then, local services has get the SNAT IP. At the XG I haven't found something identical.
At the Moment, I have add a SNAT Rule at the Gateway but this can not be the solution.

I have test this with SFOS 18.5.0 GA-Build289 and SFOS 18.5.1 MR-1-Build318.
