Can't send out or receive email

Hello I have SOPHOS XG430 (C4207AFGTD3Y87F) with fimware SFOS 18.0.5 MR-5-Build586 and lisenced like below

I have a problem about email protection , my email from zimbra server cannot send out, and cannot receive message

this email log on web show message like below, always bounced when send out to gmail and another mail

and when i try send from gmail to internal server i have message like below from gmail

what i have todo with my sophos ??

    Hey , Thanks for reaching out to Sophos Community.

    It seems Gmail is rejecting this mail. Can you check your SPF record? I checked on the domain "boyolali.go.id". SPF records has "ip4:103.71.255.106 ip4:103.137.37.3" included. In your mail logs, the mail seems to be going out via IP 103.71.255.234. 



    If these IPs belong to the same ISP, Try changing the Outbound IP address via SNAT option in the NAT rule.

    If it still doesn't work after making changes, Try setting up DKIM if not because as per google's article, they perform checks for SPF DKIM and DMARC (SPF + DKIM). 

  • where i can find doc or example about snat fimware 18.0.5, i think is different than v17
