unidentified users reports

Hey Hanumanth,

Which logs were you trying to generating for the unidentified users? Are normal logs getting generated for same or the other modules? 

I was trying to generate application unidentified user reports but the page is loading continuously and not generating reports.

Are you able to generate other reports? Did you try by changing the dates and check for older reports?

Check the disk usage once through CLI. Take ssh and goto option 4 > Console. Run the command 'system diagnostics show disk'

Report partition should be less than 80%.

I changed the dates and tried but some dates the reports are generating and some other days its not generating.

And for checking the CLI we have to reset the admin password because we don't know the default admin password. We will reset and check the disk usage and get back to you.

if you are logging onto the XG to create the reports then you know the password.
