Sophos Connect Provisioning file issue

Hi,

I have SSL VPN and IPSec Remote Access configured for the same user but when I am trying to use provisioning file it is only provisioning SSLVPN profile. Not pulling IPSEC Remote access profile at all. 

When manually export the IPsec Remote access config from the firewall I can import it to Sophos connect client without any problem.

Can anyone suggest what I am missing here?

Sophos Firmware: SFOS18.0.5 MR5

Sophos Client version: 2.1.20

    Hello there,

    Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community.

    If the user is part of the Sophos Connect Client and SSL VPN users Allowed users and under Authentication >> Users >> username >> IPsec remote access is set to enable, additionally and most importantly make sure you’re using Sophos Connect 2.1.

    If after checking all of this only the SSL VPN profile is loaded please open a case with support and share the Case ID with me.
