XG135 18.0.3 MR3 Upgrade with HA

When attempting to upgrade to MR4 from MR3 in the past the upgrade crashed out and would not complete. I worked with support and we rolled back. I was advised not to upgrade from MR3 to MR4 as there were issues with HA upgrades. Is it currently safe to upgrade to MR5 from MR3 or would it be better to wait for 18.5 MR1?

Please define "crash". There are customers running a "faulty" configuration for months and all upgrades results in more faulty configuration. Sometimes, a clean installation and backup/restore results in a better solution.

So please be specific in "crashed out".

Hi LuCar Toni, It has been almost 2 weeks since the last post with some more details and the case number for the original issue. Any thoughts on what the best option is. Go to MR5 or wait for 18.5 MR1?
