SD-RED 20

Cannot ping main site server; Unable to access site 1 resources.

I noticed that the system host ip for reds1 is not the same as the remote site external IP. After I upgraded and re deployed the red, I now see the remote subnet I assigned as the #reds1 system host ip.

I am able to access the internet from the wifi to lan and lan.

The firewall rules still show NO activity and I cannot ping server.

I can ping the XGS from the remote site but nothing behind it.

  • I suggest you re-apply the RED config without change as a first attempt to fix it. I've seen it more than once that this "fixes" RED issues.

next step is to tcpdump on XG on interface reds1 tcpdump -i reds1 -n and or packet capture in GUI and find if anything is dropped for some reason.

btw. whats the operation mode of the RED?
