APPLICATION CONTROL POLICY

Hello Good Day!

need some help its kind a weird that i observe on my xg firewall after i updated to latest firmware version.. before the update, all my policy is working find, the web policy and application policy but know is something puzzle on my mind because some of our web application can't not access anymore like GMAIL, YAHOOMAIL, ANYDESK, and SKYPE ( if there is an attachment file it will not download..) but if i will set my application control to NONE all of the concern i mention above will work. this problem start when i updated to the latest version of the firmware. 18.0.5 is the firmware version of my xg firewall model XG310
