Unidentified user reports are not generating

Hi am trying to generate unidentified user reports but the page is loading continuously and the unidentified user data is 20GB. Sophos XG firewall version is 17.5.5 MR-5

Can anyone help me on this

First of all please upgrade to at least v17.5.15.

what format have you created the report in?

what changes will happen after upgrading the version 17.5.15 & will it resolve the reports generation issue. Please let me know
