Red 20 in der XG135 einrichten

Als absoluter Newbie in der Runde

möchte ich eine Red 20 als HomeOffice Lösung in eine XG135 mit aktueller Firmware 18.x einbinden. Leider findet man nicht wirklich Dokumentation darüber.

-Sie ist unter Systemdienste-Red eingetragen

-Unter Netzwerk-Schnittstellen ist sie mit Status aktiviert drin aber offline

- Bei Regeln u. Richtlienien habe ich je eine Regel toLan und toWAN erstellt

Die Red selber sieht aus wie folgt:

WAN Verbindung steht, System LED leuchtet dauerhaft, Router LED blinkt. Irgendwann geht SYStem LED auf Rot und der Vorgang wiederholt sich

habe ich etwas vergessen zu setzen? Wo muss ich weiter ansetzen?

Mir geht es nicht darum die komplette Lösung vorgekaut zu bekommen, ich möchte Ansätze haben um mir die Lösung zu erarbeiten

    For the connection issue related to the RED, check out the technical guide for RED: 

    I'd suggest you ensure the required ports 3400 and 3410 are open for red to communicate with the provisioning server to troubleshoot your issue. 

    Try to telnet to "red.astaro.com" on ports 3400 and 3410 from the branch location to check ISP doesn't block these ports.
