i have configured XG210 V18 MR5 in MTA mode. i have made some exception rules that if mails from that domain then it
shoudl be always forwarded to relevant user mailbox. this email is from from bank sc.com. in emails there is attachment
which is password protected. this email is always quaranited. i have to release it from quaratine.i tired to bypass it from all checks. but in vain. can anyone please advise me how to sort it out.
