V18 MR4 to MR5 upgrade and Scan outgoing email issue

HI,
i have two queries:
Query#1:i have 2xXG450 configured in Active-passive HA, it is configured with AD for user authentication. when i was upgrading fromV17 to v18MR4 then i faced issue that authentication stop working. HA status was also disturbed, devices keeps rebooting again and again. Then i raised a ticket and global team took session and global team applied some patches.after applying patches it was stable. now i want to upgrade from V18 MR4 to MR5. my question is during this upgarde again i face such issues??? please advise. when furhter update is expected from SOPHOS?? like MR6 or so?

Query#2: if i configure XG as an MTA mode and i  want that all my outgoing mails should be scanned for spams then i
can only see the scan outgoing mail in general settings. is there any other settings/configuration.
i have also seen that after configuring to scan outgoing mails email server IP sometime again become blacklisted what might
be the reason of that.

please guide.

    There will be no downtime required throughout the firmware upgrade in the HA mode. It's always recommedned to take a configuration backup before performing the firmware upgrade. You can also register a support case and can perform firmware upgrade activity under their guidance.

    I'd suggest using mail server IP for email communication only, please ensure that it's not being used to forward any other(web) traffic.
