vmware workstation pro 16, Interfaces 10 Mbps Half Duplex

Dear all,

I just install SFOS 18.0.5 on VMware workstation Pro 16.

And I set the network adapter bridged to network directly.

But I find out that, the interface only running 10Mbps - Half Duplex

I do try to search for solutions, but I can't find one.

Is that have any way to fix it? Thx!
