Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community.
That would much depend on how your network is configured and where do the IPs you want to reach are located.
But the Static Routes are created from Configure >> Routing >> Static Routing
The example above is missing the Interface, but you would select the interface where the XG can reach 100.100.100.6.
