Firewall rule not working as intended

Good morning everyone,

I'm trying to set up a rule to prioritize some RTP traffic to a 3CX instance. My rule is very simple:

  • 3CX is the public IP address of the 3CX instance
  • RTP-3CX is UDP 1:65535 --> 9000:10999
  • and I've got some traffic shapping (VoIP Guarantee)

This rule is at the top of the LAN2WAN rules, and when I test it, everything is ok:

But the rule doesn't seems to be processed, as the counters doesn't increase, even though packet capture shows traffic exchanged according to the rule:

Does someone has an idea why ?

If I replace my custom service by "any", traffic seems to be processed by the rule.

    Hi ,

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community!

    Please select "Log Firewall Traffic" on the firewall rule to see the in/out packet counters. Also, verify the service definitions and destination network are correct in the firewall rule.

    Thanks,
