NAT rules, no external access, Sophos XG v18

Good afternoon,

I didn't find something that can help me in this topic, sorry if you see something and I didn't see it.

I have a computer that I need to have external access to ports 3333 and 80, however when I create the automatic NAT rule, it loses internet connection, but I can have external access to ports 3333 and 80.


Can you help me with this topic?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community!

Would it be possible for you to turn off the reflexive rule and try to access the internet from the server? Also, run a packet capture on the firewall to check the firewall rule id.
