I cannot ping my Azure Vms through my Laptop

Everthing was fine until i update the latest sophos firmware.

Here's something strange i can ping the Vm through the XG but not with the laptop. The IPsec VPN are well configured and have also an automatic firewall rule.

Can someone please help me this issue as we cannot access our internal Server which depends on our DC in Azure.

    Hi ,

Thank you for reaching out to Sophos Community.

Request to take below observation to confirm whether traffic to 10.0.0.4 is getting forwarded over IPsec tunnel or not.

==> Go to Diagnostics > Packet capture

==> Enter BPF string: host 10.0.0.4 and proto ICMP

==> Start the capture and initiate a ping from the end machine(laptop) with the below command.

    >ping -n 2 10.0.0.4

Share capture snapshot here or in PM.

Is there any SD-WAN policy configured under Configure > Routing > SD-WAN policy routing?
