 For resetting the default admin password down time is required in XG firewall.

Hey Hanumantha Poreddy , You can follow the steps outlined in this KB : https://support.sophos.com/support/s/article/KB-000035990?language=en_US . There&rsquo;s no downtime required. Once after resetting, Ensure to change the admin password from default to a secure one.
