SSL VPN cannot reconnect with OTP

Hi

I am using SSL VPN with OTP token and it seems like its not able to automatically reconnect after short connection loss for example. Clients have to manually reconnect using new OTP after each disconnect. This is very annoying for mobile users. I have key lifetime set to 24 hours so that is not the problem.

I believe it to be a bug and it makes SSL VPN basically unusable for me. I dont want to disable OTP. Is there some workaround for this issue?

Thank you

Hi Alan, Thanks for reaching out to Sophos Community.

I have verified this in the test lab and confirmed with the team internally as well and it appears that XG is bound to prompt for authentication upon a disconnection if the OTP is enabled and currently there doesn't seem to be any workaround for this
