Two Factor Authentication Disconnects

Do you see any error at the time of disconection?

Request to check authentication events under log viewer when the issue occurs.

Currently, IPsec has a fixed value of keylife of 4 hours. This should be changleable in V19.0. 

Thanks for the confirmation. What about SSL VPN? It seemed to be around 8 hours based on my testing.

You can change key lifetime from VPN settings > Cryptographic settings.

I just got a notification about the v18.5 MR1 release.

Does it include the configurable IPsec key life? I saw this:

• VPN Tunnel Logging adds improved logging of VPN tunnel flap events and IPsec IKEv2 rekeying

No, this just fixed some issues with the Alert process. The key lifetime changes are planned to be included in V19.0.
