Remove User from Group

Is the user part of any identity-based firewall rule or SSL VPN profile? Can you share the error message when you try to remove the user from the group?

The user is not part of any firewall rule or SSL VPN profile--I have already removed it from those places.  The only place it remains is in the 'Open Group' and that's why I want to remove it from that group so I can delete the user.

Thanks for the update. I can't replicate this issue in my firewall, also running on the SFOS 18.05 MR5. 

Would it be possible for you to send me the support access id from your firewall and a username that you're having trouble deleting?

Hi Brian1941,

Thank you for sending the firewall access id and the username. 

Please go to Rules and Policies > Filter rule type as User, and you’ll find the rule "SSL VPN > LAN Any" remove the user "firewalls," and you should be able to delete it. :)
