VPN SSL ALLOW RDP ONLY

Hello 

please should be informed that we have a strategy in place which allow access to entire subnet and  a Server how ever i want just give access to that server through RDP only

my confirguration is :

01- VPN TO LAN all

02-STrategy VPN SSL to entire server

is there a way to limit access to just RDP and let other user full access.
