STAS - Domain PCs not connecting to internet immediately after user login causing OneDrive mapping issues

Hi there,

We are having issues where STAS isn't getting the user connected before a cloud drive mapping attempted during login.

Quite often we have to log in, open a browser which then presents us with the captive portal, log in to the captive portal, log out, and then log in again to get the mapping to work.

STAS does eventually grant the user access on its own but that can take anywhere from immediately right up to 10 minutes or so.

Can anyone please offer any advice on this?

Thanks in anticipation.

    Hi Cameron,

Does it happen each time the user is logging in or is it intermittent? Also after the user logs in, Do you see the user entry in Current Activities > Live users?

If this is reproducible, Capture the debug logs for access_server and the logs from STAS suite on the Domain controller.

Take SSH ( Option 5 > Option 3 Advanced Shell) and to put the access_server in debug, run the command --> service access_server:debug -ds nosync

capture the output from the file /log/access_server.log
