unable to ssh

Hi

Am able access the firewall web GUI but not able to access the CLI using SSH and it is showing access denied. Anyone help me on this.

First of all, disable HTTPS and SSH on WAN. Second: XG only allow the admin user on SSH, not any user with admin privileges. You can also move to SSH key based authentication.

can you access the CLI by starting a session in the GUI?

Next, have you configured SSH access?

In GUI session there is no Console option.

And am accessing the firewall outside the network using public IP.

I don’t uderstand by your comment there is no console option in the GUI,, go to the top right corner and review the tabs.

Please find below snap for better understanding & am trying to SSH the firewall using user credentials which will have admin rights
