Should I use DHCP on Sophos 135w or DHCP on Domain Controller

using an AD as a DHCP server gives you access to more DHCP options, also you can integrate the the DHCP and your DNS.

So if there is a Domain Controller, it is better to use DHCP from the Domain controller instead of the firewall DHCP and I won't lose any functionally for the firewall right?

If you create an "DNS request route" on the firewall you can use your Hosts a FQDN-Objects on firewall. My experience is also if you have an Domain Controller on site use this as DHCP and DNS for your clients.
