APX 120 Bricked

Hello Comm',

i bought via eBay two used APX 120.

After a normal restart the APs are bricked and do not have any function anymore.

The Sophos Flash Tool (KBA) do not support APX 120 and the eBay-seller got no informations about the license-transfer and do not want to fill-out anything.

A RMA is at the moment impossible, because the Support-Team want a signed license transfer-document.

Is there any way to unbrick the APX 120 ?

Dank dir LuCar - ich schau mal rein.

Scheinbar hat da jemand genau das gleiche "Leid" zu tragen.

Das Schlimme ist, dass ich bereits zwei Austauschgeräte erhalten habe und diese APX 120 wieder kaputt sind.

Beim ersten Mal hat man vergessen nach dem Lizenz-Übertragungsformular zu fragen ...
