XG stopped logging

Hello everyone,

I am currently using a virtual XG appliance for testing.

Initially I thought it ran out of disk space, but although plenty disk space is left, the XG stopped logging.

Is there any way to restart the logging process?

    Hi ,

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community! 

    To restart the garner(Logging service for postponement, event log, and graphs)

    • Login to XG Console> Select Option 5. Device Management> Select Option 3 Advanced Shell
    • service garner:restart -ds nosync (sync if in HA )
