Sophos SSL VPN app fails after a few minutes and blocks all network adapters

Hi, 

As the title says, 

I have a problem with SLL VPN app. 

I have tested it in two laptops with two different phones and routers. 

When a user connects it the connection last about 15-20 minutes. Then not only the VPN disconnects, but also blocks all available connections making impossible to connect no anything (wifi or wired), the only way to return to have connection is restart the PC.

    Hi Pedro, 

    Can you share the snapshots of the SSL VPN settings (VPN > Show VPN settings)?

    While testing this, Did you keep the machines idle, or were you accessing anything through the VPN? Also, Are you using the native SSL VPN application or the Sophos Connect client for SSL VPN?
