Could you please run a packet capture on the source public IP address and confirm the firewall rule id? 

• Monitor traffic using Packet Capture Utility in the Sophos XG Firewall GUI

If possible, send me the support access id from your firewall via a personal message and provide the configured rule detail and I'll double-check and update you with the next step.

Can we see your rule configuration? Else we are stabbing in the dark. 

And are there any other rules above this one? If so do any of them envelope this server and service?
