I will try in the morning. I have since received a daily report which is almost empty. Now I think looking at the mail messages and that report is a Dev has used my backup and accidentally put it on line.

It has been confirmed that the email was generated by the backup used by the QA team, by error internet access was provided to the VM used for testing.
