CM went off line for about 45 minutes - why?

Hi folks,

any reason why CM went off line for about 45 minutes? My XG shows failed attempts every 5 minutes for about 45 minutes. The XG was online with DDNS updates and user activity the entire time.

    Hi Ian, 

    Share the log output if you see any suspicious log entries for the time when it was failing to connect.

    If no suspicious logs, then we need to monitor drop packet capture, tcpdump and the PCAP for the IP of CM.

    You can get CM IPs by resolving the URLs found in the CM logs.
