Nach Restore SSH nicht möglich

Hallo in die Community

nachdem ich eine XG230 aus einem Restore in Betrieb genommen hatte, bin ich nun wieder per WebAdmin fleissig am administrieren.

Ich habe aktuell DREI AdminUser mit denen ich in den WebAdmin kommen, User und Kennwort sind also bekannt. Trotzdem kann ich mit keinem der drei User eine SSH Verbindung zur XG aufbauen (in bin per RDP im gleichen LAn der XG). Laut Log sind immer die Zugangsdaten falsch, was ich nicht verstehe, da ich diese ja per WebAdmin Login verwenden kann.

"user NN failed to login from '192.168.255.150' using ssh because of wrong credentials"

Zielsetzung ist eigentlich, den Secure Storage Master Key neu zu erzeugen, was aber nur mit den Default   admin   möglich  sein soll. Und ausgerechnet für diesen habe ich gar kein bekanntes Kennwort. Daher die Idee per CLI das Kennwort für admin neu zu erzeugen - nur doof wenn man nicht rein kommt.

(und ja, per WebAdmin ist es auch möglich das Kennwort von  admin   zu verändern, nur leider muß man dafür das bestandskennwort kennen.

Freue mich über mitdenkende Ideen zum Feierabend

    XG does not allow other user but "admin" to login to SSH. So it is clear to me, that the other users wont be able to sign in.

    You can simply reset the admin password via console. Use the keyboard+monitor and press "RESET" + Enter. It will allow you to reset the admin password. The admin will be admin/admin. So be quick and login via webadmin and set a new, safe, password. Store it in a password safe.
