today Support contacted me that they could'nt use support access any more but it was still enabled until next week.
I generated a new remote access ID and noticed that the servername changed from some sophos.com to some amazonaws.com FQDN.
Is this intended? This looks strange to me that our firewall is connected to something other than sophos, especially for something like remote access.
I'm sure it was already amazon before but at least with a correct sophos-FQDN.
old ID, generated last week: *********@eu2.apu.sophos.com
new ID, generated monday: *********@ec2-54-228-158-66.eu-west-1.compute.amazonaws.com
Is that all intended, correct and safe?
