Can't download SSL VPN client from user portal

We can't download SSL VPN client from user portal.  We can see link to download when we click the link nothing happen.

    Hi Leo Wong2, Thanks for reaching out to Sophos Community.

    Ensure to have the patterns updated in the XG and Default Certificate filled if not. (Certificate > Certificate Authorities > Default).
