Problem with user in wrong group on XG135

Question

Hi, I have a problem with an XG135. A user who is in the wrong group. For this reason this user cannot view some websites.
However, if I go to the authentication management, then users and try to change the user's group, the group entry is disabled and I can't change anything. Can anyone tell me what is the way to change user group?

Hi Stefano Micro : Thanks for reaching out to the community team. Can you please confirm the end-user is an AD user? If yes then user membership on XG will be as per the below KBA behavior. Sophos Firewall: Group membership behavior with Active Directory: https://support.sophos.com/support/s/article/KB-000035734?language=en_US For local user which is created on XG you may able to change group anytime.
